Durata Collective Training Endurance athletes often have to choose between the quality of an individualized training program that produces optimal results or group training that offers camaraderie but limits personal development. Durata Training has eliminated this sacrifice and developed a whole new way to think about your path to success through Durata Collective Training (DCT).
DCT offers individual training solutions but within an inclusive group setting. Each DCT program includes coach-led group workouts in which each athlete may have slightly different objectives based on their training program and rate of progression. These workouts provide a motivating environment where athletes can meet and interact, receive coaching feedback, and sub-divide into small groups with similar workouts.
This is your chance to be coached like a professional in a setting that promotes accountability, motivation and social interaction. Team AshaTeam Asha is a premier endurance sports program that gives every runner the chance to discover not only the benefits of running but also the joy of changing the lives of countless children for the better with each step. Our runners raise awareness and funds to support projects by Asha for Education, an apolitical, secular organization dedicated to creating positive socio-economic change in India primarily through education of the underprivileged. Since its inception in 2000, Team Asha has trained over 1000+ runners and raised more than two million dollars nationwide. Since 2004, the Austin program has successfully enabled more than 185 runners from different walks of life to complete a full or a half marathon and raise over $320,000. The training program not only provides expert coaching through our partnership with Rogue Training Systems, but also a great mentor program to add a personal touch, along with other social activities and a lot of fun. Learn more about the program here. Train. Run. Educate. We run so they can read. TeamFX TeamFX is a group of men & women from the Austin film community (directors, producers, editors, fx artists, cinematographers, etc.) who partner with local business leaders to help end the cycle of child abuse & neglect in our own community. We do that by training for the Austin Marathon & Half Marathon, while generating awareness and raising funds for the Austin Children's Shelter. To date, a total of 48 team members have spread the word, completed three marathons and raised nearly $50,000. Our 27-week training program begins with walking a mile. From there, we teach injury-free training in a non-competitive, non-judgmental environment, stay present with our personal goals, celebrate our weekly progress, and support each other along the way. Each runner receives all the benefits of the training at a very low cost and commits to raising a set amount of funds for the Austin Children Shelter. We are all about running safely, reaching high, making a difference and having fun. Every team member is a hero, and together we exemplify the unlimited power of community. We compete, are active in the running community, and commit to running as a lifestyle, but we don't do uppity, elitist or arrogant, and everyone from the most experienced marathoners to the newest runners are in the experience together. We also play a part in the broader community by volunteering for events and organizations, and fundraising for charities chosen by the team.
